Select First time only under Ask to project to this PC. Under Projecting to this PC, click on the first drop-down menu and choose Available everywhere. Go into Windows Settings on your iMac, choose System, and select Projecting to this PC from the menu bar on the left. Make sure your iMac is on and running Windows, then connect to the same network as your PC via Ethernet or WiFi.
